Why I Started YourStaffingSolutions…

After 25 years in private practice, a “rear-ender” automobile accident rendered me “totally disabled” in respect to doing what I loved the most- being the treating doctor in a chiropractic office!

After selling my successful practice, I moved to Florida to re-define myself and my professional career. During my extended “sabbatical”, I did some personalized consulting with doctors. In addition, I accepted a temporary position with a well-known national management organization- with which I had been a client for 24 years.

Those management experiences reaffirmed what I already knew- the most challenging aspect of running a small business is STAFFING! Most business owners need help in choosing the right employees AND in helping them perform to their highest level.

To address that need, YourStaffingSolutions was created to provide “resources for employers and employees”.

The resources compiled within this website will provide valuable assistance for business owners in every field.
